This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you use the Intuitive Coloring application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe, relaxing experience.

1. Information Collection

Intuitive Coloring does not require you to create an account. The App itself does not directly ask you to provide personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. However, we use third-party services that may collect certain device and usage identifiers as outlined below.

2. Photos and User Content

The App allows you to import images from your device’s photo library to color them. All image processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have remote access to your personal photos or the artworks you create.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID billing data.

4. Advertising and Tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. We use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites.

• If you allow tracking: We may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver personalized ads that may be more relevant to you.
• If you ask the app not to track: We will not access your IDFA. You will still see advertisements, but they will be non-personalized and based on contextual information rather than your behavior.

5. Analytics

To help us improve the App, we use Google Firebase Analytics to collect basic usage data (e.g., onboarding completion, feature usage). If you have granted tracking permission via the ATT prompt, this analytics data may be associated with your IDFA. If you have denied tracking, this data is not linked to your identity for tracking purposes and is used solely to analyze App performance and reliability.

6. AI-Generated Content

The default coloring templates provided in the App's library are generated using Google Vertex AI. No user data is sent to Vertex AI during your use of the App.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Terms of Use

Welcome to Intuitive Coloring! By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully.

1. License to Use the App

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and creative purposes.

2. Intellectual Property

The App itself, including its original code, design, and user interface, is the intellectual property of the developer. The default coloring templates provided in the App are generated using AI (Google Vertex AI) and are provided for your personal use within the App. You may not extract or sell these templates as standalone assets.

3. User-Generated Content

Any photos you import and artworks you create or export (including GIFs) remain your property. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to import into the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Intuitive Coloring offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. If you choose to purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide a bug-free and relaxing experience, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
